The featured customer solutions go into more details of savings, implementation and ERP strategy.

  • Power Storage Solutions

    • Manufacturing lithium power batteries

    • $29Mln Rev./year

    • The brief story

      • The Acumatica customer "Power Storage Solutions" migrated from Oracle to the Acumatica Cloud ERP. This company used six different systems such as Oracle E1, SalesForce CRM and CPQ, Workday, Concur (time and expense management) and DavisWare (inventory and service management). The integration was a nightmare. The data in the different systems was not in sync. Now with the Acumatica Cloud ERP, they have one system. Read more about this customer story here. Blogs about Phenomenal Customer Stories

The blog posts below witness the phenomenal satisfaction of customers which implemented the Acumatica ERP in record times (eg. 10 days, 60 days, 5 months, ..)

  • Caswell: Plating company in 10 days

    • For example, Acumatica customer Caswell, Inc. (which includes Caswell, British Tools & Fasteners and Mud-Skipper Long Tail Mud Motors) relied on a software package that caused problems during every upgrade (and other times) for 13 years. The license was about to expire, and they needed a four-week implementation.

    • Acumatica VAR Gregg Mercede of Cloud 9 ERP Solutions LLC did it in 10 days.

    • “Gregg asked if I would be ok with getting the ability to process orders and invoicing up in that time with the rest coming later and I said absolutely,” says President Lance Caswell in the company’s customer success story. “I was on the phone sometimes with Gregg until 11 at night talking about whatever I was having trouble with, but I was up and running and ready to go when Gregg came on site.”

  • Fabuwood: Furniture manufacturing company in 5 months
    • Take Fabuwood Cabinetry, Acumatica’s 2018 Customer of the Year. With the help of Acumatica VAR NexVue, the kitchen cabinet manufacturer implemented Acumatica’s manufacturing software in five months—and their cloud ERP implementation included nine integrations.

    • Sendy Stern, Fabuwood’s Senior Vice President of Technology says, “Most people told us it would take about nine months to go live from when you start the process. It was amazing. Within five months, we were live. [Acumatica] has a great platform and a great system that helped us go so fast.”

    • How are companies like Fabuwood Cabinetry able to implement Acumatica’s cloud ERP software so quickly? Acumatica and Acumatica’s partners have perfected an eight-step plan for cloud ERP implementation success.

  • Power Storage Solutions
    • https://www.acumatica.com/blog/implementing-acumatica-cloud-erp-8-steps-to-success/
    • We want you to begin experiencing the benefits of Acumatica as quickly as possible. Our eight-step process is designed to make your cloud ERP implementation a success, just as it did for Power Storage Solutions, a company that offers, installs, and services DC-power backup systems.

    • They implemented Acumatica Financial Management, Acumatica Customer Management, and Acumatica Intercompany Accounting, going live and transforming their business in 60 days.

    • “In 60 days, we went from nothing in Acumatica to launching a $24 million company with 20,000 parts, 5,000 customers and having sales orders, projects, inventory, payables, receivables, and going live Dec. 1,” says Derrick Elledge, one of the company’s owners. “It’s astronomical when you look at what we did and how Acumatica’s cloud ERP system supports us.”

  • Fidelux: Lighting manufacturing company

    • Fidelux Lighting, a company that designs and distributes LED lighting solutions, was using QuickBooks and needed to find an integrated, customizable, and affordable cloud ERP solution. They chose Acumatica, and Acumatica VAR CAL Business Solutions helped them implement it in 45 days.

    • Director of Operations Shivani Raval says in the company’s customer success story, “As we move into new markets, Acumatica gives us the confidence that we can handle the increase in transactions and growth with ease for many years.”
